Confidentiality and handling

This page explains how early Snapshot request information is handled, what should be shared at enquiry stage, and when confidentiality terms can be arranged before more sensitive material is discussed.

Reading tip If the enquiry involves governance, complaints, leadership, or provider-level issues, sections 1, 2, and 4 are the main ones to read first.

The main points for new enquiries

Standard Snapshot selections can go straight to Buy now. Send details is for advice-first or wider custom scope. In both cases, share the minimum needed first and keep more sensitive internal material back until it is genuinely needed.

How early Snapshot enquiry information is handled

This page covers the Snapshot request route. Information shared through the request form or in an initial enquiry is used only to assess scope, suitability, and sensible next steps. Competitor Pulse follows its own self-serve account and purchase flow.

Reviewed directly Initial requests are reviewed by Pattern Scope rather than circulated more widely.
Used for Scope, suitability, timing, and next-step discussion.
Before work starts Standard Snapshot work starts after payment. Custom Send details cases stay on the written route first.

1. How early request information is handled

Pattern Scope treats early Snapshot enquiry information carefully and uses it only to understand whether the request fits the service, what level of review may be suitable, and what the next step should be.

This early stage is intended to help define the work, not to gather a full internal case file.

2. What to share at request stage

The initial request should contain only the information needed to explain scope. In most cases that means the organisation or provider name, the part of the service in question, and a short description of what the review needs to help clarify.

More sensitive internal material, detailed complaint records, staff matters, patient-identifiable information, or other confidential internal documents should not be shared at this stage unless this has been clearly agreed as necessary.

3. When work starts

Standard Snapshot selections start after payment and normally land within 48-72 hours after payment.

If the route stays on Send details instead, Pattern Scope replies in writing within 24 hours before any payment step or wider information request.

4. NDA arrangements

If a buyer expects to share more sensitive organisational context after the initial request stage, NDA arrangements can be discussed on request before that material is shared.

This page does not create an NDA by default. It is simply a clear route for discussing confidentiality terms before more sensitive information is provided.

Standard Buy now selections use the details here to open payment and start the paid delivery window.

Send details uses the same information only to assess fit, route, and next steps in writing.

If more sensitive organisational context is likely to be shared later, an NDA can be arranged on request before that stage.
